  Love the new decor ! I've been coming here for years ! The people are mostly locals that have lived here for years! So everyone is friendly and excited to help ! Very clean on the inside the only thing for years the bathroom has always been small and has a Oder I suppose plumbing !! But over all it's good

  very slow, hardly ever get the order right and rude staff. probably the worst wendy's in nashville. do not recommend

  Let me start off by saying this place is a crime against humanity.  Sadly, I've eaten here several times.  The food (if you want to call it that) tastes like it's been sitting on the heating rack for days (not hours, but DAYS).  Mind you this is just a speculation.  Something I do know for fact is this place does have a bug problem.  While dining in I looked over near the trash can just in time to see a couple of roaches scatter.  I'm glad someone likes the food at this place.  You would think with all the problems I've had with this place I wouldn't return; well I guess I'm a little too forgiving.  Let's talk about the staff for a minute.  The individuals that had served me were unbelievably rude, and obnoxious.  The only way these people would find you interesting is if you were a woman "letting it all hang out." (in a matter of speaking).  I remember one time I took the food back because they were missing an article of food that was visible on my receipt.  Instead of them wanting to see my receipt and then going to get the article of food that had not been present I had to argue with the cashier to get my food that I had payed for.   Cashiers, and cooks alike have a bad habit of chatting on their cell phone, cooking, and taking orders at the same time.  Needless to say this doesn't work too well.  Got extra money?  Well, they can fix that too!  When you're on your way into the restaurant (I shutter even calling this place a "restaurant.") you will get to experience every crackhead in the neighborhood coming and asking you if you "have a couple of bucks" or "you wanna buy somethin.'" I would not recommend this place.  I finally had enough and refuse to go back.  I would rather drive a couple more miles down the street to another Wendy's location then ever go back into this ___hole.  If you do go to this place I hate to say that I told you so.
